ABOUT RICHIE...

What drives/ motivates me:

 

I’m driven to constantly learn newer, better and more efficient techniques to access my best and achieve longer lasting results - in a shorter period of time. I’m inspired by and work hard to learn the answer to the question “how good can I be today?” I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to share this philosophy with others and to help people start or get to their next level.

What made me dedicate my life to fitness as a professional:

 

When I help someone reach a goal or experience getting that indescribable feeling, from one of those “AHA” moments, I get to re-live that experience myself and be a part of that with them. It’s very gratifying and rewarding. 

I’ve found that fitness has enhanced every part of my life, it makes everything else easier, more manageable and better in unpredictably amazing and trustworthy ways. And then there are the really comfy clothes and cool shoes.

My view on training and how training is with me:

 

We are all multi-dimensional: mind, body and spirit (emotions). I invite you to feel a fusion of Functional Resistance Training, Martial Arts, Tibetan Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Standing Postures and Shiatsu Massage. Decompress and re-balance while feeling invigorated, relaxed, rejuvenated, re-energized and refreshed in the process. There is value in doing a little at the right time verses a lot later on. My approach to training is to help you achieve the long lasting, “best you” feeling, possible.
